Where is my test design?

Your test designs will be emailed over to the email address provided on your order to approve shortly before your production slot.

Where is my order?

When your order is dispatched you will be notified via email and you will be issued with a tracking number. Organised Mom aims to dispatch all items purchased within 7-10 days from you placing an order, however if there is a delay on receiving your approval of your test design this may alter dispatch times. If we experience delays in dispatching you will be advised. When your order is dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number.

How do l return an order?

We try very hard at Organised Mom to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your received order you must notify Organised Mom Ltd via email info@organisedmom.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How do I order a bundle?

Please upload your logo. If you do not have a logo please provide a clear, straight on picture or screen shot of your logo and we will create a test design from the image you provide. If you only require text please add the working in the text box provided. Alternatively if you email info@organisedmom.co.uk we can create a logo for your business for a small fee. Contact us for more details. Shortly before your production slot you will receive an email with a stitched out image of your test design to approve before the items are stitched. Nothing is made until you approve the design. Alterations and colours can be amended if required.
