Deliveries

Organised Mom aim to stitch and pack all items purchased within 7-10 working days from check out, however if there is a delay in receiving the approval of your test design this may alter production times.

If we anticipate any delay in dispatching your order you will be advised via email.

When placing your order you will be prompted at checkout to select from either collection or delivery for your order.

Courier Delivery Information and Costs:

  • All items ordered in the UK are sent via courier.
  • Standard Delivery is free on orders over £150.
  • On orders under £150 standard delivery is £5 and next day delivery is £7.
  • Tracking codes for all orders are provided via email once your items have been dispatched.

Collection

Collections are from the address below and can be made:

  • Monday - Thursday 10am-7pm
  • Friday - 10am-5pm
  • Saturday and Sunday collections by appointment only. To organise a weekend collection please email info@organisedmom.co.uk

Returns

We try very hard at Organised Mom Ltd to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your received order you must notify Organised Mom Ltd via email info@organisedmom.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns Policy:

  • We will not accept return on items if there is an error on the design after you have approved the test design. Please ensure you check spellings and contact information on your proof carefully.
  • Faulty items cannot be returned after 30 days of the item being received.
  • We do not provide a pick up service for faulty items and you will need to arrange the return delivery to us.

Refunds

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will only be provided on items and orders if Organised Mom Ltd are notified within 48 hours of you receiving your order via email.
  • We may need your to return the item or provide photographic proof of any faults to clothing in order to raise this with the manufacturers before a refund can be issued.
  • After placing an order and you no longer require the items it can only be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of placing the order if you no longer
  • We do not offer refunds on personalised items. Please ensure you check spellings and contact information on your proof carefully. You must confirm you are happy to proceed with your order after receiving your test design. Delays in approving the design will lead to a delay in your design going into production.

  • Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges on personalised items are not available
  • Size guides and colour charts are available for all items. Please check the guides and descriptions before placing an order.
